The purpose of this data privacy statement is to provide you with information regarding the collection, processing, and use (hereinafter referred to as "use") of personal data. Here you can find out how to object to the use of your personal data in accordance with the applicable data privacy regulations.

Collection and Use of Personal Data

The seller collects personal data from customers only to the extent necessary to fulfill its obligations, to inform about new and promotional products, to deliver promotional materials, to improve relationships with customers, as well as to verify other data required for online purchases.

The seller is committed to protecting the personal data of customers in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law and also undertakes not to share personal data with third parties without the prior consent of the customer (except in cases defined by the Personal Data Protection Law Official Gazette of Montenegro No. 44/12).

The seller does not record your credit/debit card number nor does it store transaction data. For credit/debit card payments, the seller uses third-party services from an authorized bank that protects your data through encryption.

The customer has the right to request the supplementation, correction, or amendment of inaccurately entered personal data.

Available Payment Methods and Payment Process Description

Online payment for products in our online store can be made using payment cards - VISA, Maestro, or MasterCard that support Internet payments.

Card payments are carried out in cooperation with AllSecure LLC and NLB Bank AD Podgorica and are conducted securely and certified via the AllSecure Payment Gateway, by simply entering card data.

Once the card information is entered and the payment is confirmed, the bank authorizes the transaction, and the order is approved and proceeds to the preparation process for delivery. The amount will be reserved on your card (account) and will not be available for other purposes.

The transaction will be completed, and the amount deducted from your account only after the products have been prepared for transport and handed over to the delivery service.

Please check with the bank that issued your card to ensure that your card supports online payments.

For cash-on-delivery payments, the customer hands over the cash to the courier upon delivery and is required to prepare the exact amount for payment.

Orders with the option of pickup in Cungu&Co retail stores can also be paid online (by card) or at the checkout of the selected store. In retail stores, it is possible to pay with cash and payment cards.

Applied Standards and Processes for Data Protection During Card Payments

When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol, applying the most modern methods of tokenizing sensitive data, and in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. At no time are payment card details accessible to the merchant.

3D Secure Protection for All Merchants and Buyers - AllSecure Payment Gateway uses the highest global standards for data protection and privacy. All merchants using the AllSecure Payment Gateway are automatically included in 3D-Secure protection, guaranteeing the security of purchases for customers. Buyers' card numbers are not stored on the merchant's system, and data entry is protected by SSL data encryption.

PCI DSS Standards - The AllSecure Payment Gateway constantly complies with all requirements of card organizations to increase the level of security for merchants and customers. From 2005 to the present day, the system has been certified as PCI-DSS Level 1, which represents the highest standard in the industry. The PCI Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) defines the necessary security measures for processing, storing, and transmitting sensitive card data. PCI standards protect sensitive cardholder data throughout the entire payment process: from the moment of data entry at the merchant's sales point, during communication between the merchant and relevant banks and card organizations, and later storage of that data.

How Refunds Are Processed for Card Payments

In the event of a refund to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, either partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the refund, the refund is made exclusively to the same VISA, Maestro, or MasterCard used for the payment. This means that our bank will process the refund to the cardholder's account at our request.

Currency Conversion Statement

Currency Conversion Statement - All payments will be made in euros (€). If payments are made using cards issued by foreign banks, the transaction amount will be converted into the local currency of the cardholder, according to the exchange rate of Visa/Mastercard.
